Shipping, Tracking & Returns
Not all carriers provide tracking updates or they can be sporadic. We try to provide as much information as we are given by the carriers. Please review our Shipping Methods page to see what carriers usually provide tracking updates.
If you are using one of these carriers: USPS, RRD, Australian Post, Boxberry, Pony Express, AirMail Economy, Shipito Preferred Carrier and your package was in Tualatin, Oregon; we will transport it to Torrance for shipment out of LAX. This may take 3-5 business days. Tracking information will be updated once the package is in the hands of the carrier.
Sometimes the local postal system takes over the tracking and does not send that information to USPS and Shipito. In that case, please take the USPS tracking number you have been provided and enter that number into your local postal system website for tracking. You should be able to see further updates to your package movement.
- Boxberry and Pony Express tracking is only available once the package arrives in Russia.

This tracking method only applies to packages shipped via RRD, Airmail Economy, Shipito Postal Packet, Shipito Priority Parcel, USPS Priority, USPS First Class or USPS Express, it does not apply to other carriers.

Unfortunately, no. The carriers we have available for your selected destination will be shown in our Shipping Calculator. If you don't see a carrier option, we don't currently offer it for your selected destination or there is something about your package that makes it ineligible for some carriers. If you click on the Show Unavailable Methods button you will see an explanation of why that carrier is not available for shipping.
We are constantly evaluating our carrier partners to ensure that we are offering you reliable and cost efficient options. Available shipping methods depend on the package contents, destination, weight, dimensions and declared value of your parcel.
Most mail out requests are completed within 1-2 business days. Depending on time zones, weekends, U.S. holidays and carrier pickup schedules, times may vary.
The following carriers pick up packages Monday - Friday from all warehouses:
- Airmail Economy
- Shipito Preferred Carrier with Australia Post
- Shipito Preferred Carrier US Premium Parcel
- Shipito Preferred Carrier with Sagawa - Tuesday through Friday
- Aramex - Tuesday and Thursday
- Boxberry - Friday Only
- Pony Express - Friday Only

Shipito Return Process: If The Store Gives You A Pre-Paid Shipping Label
Find the package/s you wish to return and select "Additional Services" on the right side of the package. You will get a pop-up window with all of the services we provide, you'll want to select "Other Instructions" as shown below.
- On the instruction box, please provide more information about your request. As an example, I'm attached the return label. I would like to return the package back to the seller.
Please Note: If you do not have a prepaid label then shipping costs will replace the charges for Special Request and Manual Mail out. You will simply add the return address to your address book and process the package as a normal shipment. We only offer US Premium Parcel, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Ground Residential for US shipments. The cost to return a package is as follows:
Premium Members $15 USD (Place A Special Request To Attach Pre-Paid Label) + $2.25 USD (Package Processing Fee) + $1 USD (Manual Mail Out) = $18.25 USD
Free Accounts $15 USD (Place A Special Request To Attach Pre-Paid Label) + $3.25 USD (Package Processing Fee) + $1 USD (Manual Mail Out) = $19.25 USD To Return

Shipping Cologne/Perfume With Shipito
Shipping perfume/cologne to Russia, is limited to certain addresses in and around Moscow and St. Petersburg with the Pony Express.

With Pony Express
- Dangerous goods fee = $10 USD/package
- Processing fee = $2.25 USD/package for Premium Members, $3.25 USD/package for Free Accounts
- Customs duties and taxes (paid after the package arrives in Russia)
With DHL & UPS
- Dangerous goods fee = $95 USD/package
- Processing fee = $2.25 USD/package for Premium Members, $3.25 UDS/package for Free Accounts
- Customs duties and taxes (paid after the package arrives in your country)
When you are shipping perfume/cologne, you will need to fill out a customs form, and check "Potential Dangerous Goods". This screenshot will give you an idea how to fill out customs declaration correctly.
- Individual perfume or cologne bottles cannot contain more than 500ml per package.
- Maximum weight per package of 30kg.
- Aerosols like body sprays can ship as long as you declare.
Anytime you're shipping packages you will need to fill out a customs form, this screenshot will help to fill out the customs declaration when you are shipping a perfume/cologne.

PI965 - Loose batteries - NOT ALLOWED
EXAMPLE: phone batteries, camera batteries, etc.
- Due to regulations by the IATA, FAA and the TSA, Shipito cannot ship loose lithium-ion batteries
EXAMPLE: A phone + phone battery
- Requires rigid outer packaging in order to provide protection from damage or compression of the batteries, the inner packaging must be placed in a strong, rigid, outer packaging.

NOTE: If your items do not come with the original product box, please place a "special request" to have the items be repacked in a cardboard box and then placed in the shipping box.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All carriers that do allow shipment of batteries have a maximum weight of 5 kg of lithium batteries per package.
DHL: Only allows PI966 and PI967 batteries.
PonyExpress - Australia Post - Sagawa & Boxberry: allow PI966 & PI967 batteries.
USPS - Priority Mail International - RRD - Priority Parcel: Only allows P1967 (must be installed in the devices)
Airmail: NO LITHIUM BATTERIES CAN BE SHIPPED.
Aramex: NO LITHIUM BATTERIES CAN BE SHIPPED.
You can find an MSDS/SDS form by searching online for; item name + model number + MSDS or SDS.
For example: "iPhone 7 MSDS"
If you cannot find it online, simply contact the seller to obtain this form. You'll need to upload this completed form to your Shipito account using the "Provide Information" option.
MSDS/SDS form will be required for the following countries regardless amount of batteries in your package:
Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam
If you want to ship products with lithium batteries with Shipito, you have to mark one of the options (or both) on your customs declaration form.

Shipping & Receiving Magazines/Letters
To change the settings for magazines and letters:

We require a notarized Form 1583 mailed to our office before we can handle your letters. Please, watch this video to learn how to fill out the Form 1583.

You must choose whether to forward letters and magazines immediately, or if you want them checked into your account as a standard package. This can be done through your Account Settings.
If you choose to have them forwarded immediately, whenever we receive a letter or magazine, we will forward it to you immediately by Shipito Airmail (inexpensive mailing service comparable to First Class mail by USPS): It's required you have a credit card on file in your account, otherwise we will not be able to send the package immediately. The incoming package must be clearly visible as a magazine (not hidden in an envelope).
If your choose to have your letter/magazines scanned in as a new package, whenever we receive a letter or magazine, we will enter it into your account as a new package you will mail it out through your account, choosing the shipping option you feel is best.
