At Shipito we provide industry leading shipping solutions for our customers. Our shipping providers vary both by country and by warehouse. This page provides general overview of each shipping provider we offer and what their limitations are.
While some of our export restrictions may be more stringent than your home country's import restrictions we have to abide by them. All rules and conditions of each shipping provider will also apply to any package you ship with us. Please also review our Prohibited and Restricted page for items that have specific shipping requirements.
If the value of any item in the package is over $2,500 USD we can only ship by DHL or FedEx due to the complicated regulations and reporting (EEI Electronic Export Information: SED Shipper Export Declaration), which applies to shipping items with value over $2,500 USD. In case you want us to prepare EEI we charge a $40 flat fee.
Please note: Packages shipped from our Tualatin, OR warehouse will take 1 - 3 days to transfer to California before moving on to their destination. This affects all carriers except FedEx, DHL and USPS to Russia only.

Fast and reliable service with better tracking in most cases than postal options. We offer both FedEx Priority and Economy service. Maximum length of a package is 108 inches. Our contract with FedEx does not guarantee speed of delivery. Delivery times are a guide and not an absolute.
FedEx will attempt to contact you regarding payment of customs duties or taxes in your country. You will need to clear customs yourself or authorize FedEx to do this for you. Customs clearance will be done through your local FedEx branch. To speed up the process follow the movement of your package through the FedEx website using the tracking number you are given at mailout. When you see that your package has arrived in your country contact FedEx.
If FedEx does not hear from you within 5 days of arrival in your country your package may be sent back or destroyed. Due to the high cost of sending a package back (usually triple our rates) we strongly recommend that you track your incoming package and contact FedEx rather than relying on them to contact you. Extremely large or heavy packages may be sent through FedEx Freight. Contact customer support if you have questions regarding FedEx freight or any FedEx service.

You can get even bigger discounts on FedEx and DHL when you ship two or more packages at the same time. Additional discount can by up to 30 - 40 percent.
Note: DHL doe not issue seperate tracking number for multi-package shipments.
