The USPS form 1583 must be filed with any of Mail Receiving Agencies you choose. These services are regulated by the U.S. Postal Service, and your Mail Receiving Agency is required to provide a copy of your Form 1583 to the Postal Service. You should make sure the service you use is in compliance with these rules and regulations, including all of the identification and notarization rules.
For a full discussion of the Commercial Mail Receiving Agency requirements, visit the U.S. Postal Service CMRA FAQ page.
