How to use your VIRTUAL MAILBOX

We offer two easy programs INDIVIDUAL PACKAGES and VIRTUAL MAILBOX. VIRTUAL MAILBOX allows CONSOLIDATION of packages. It means we will re-pack packages to meat USPS standards (size) and usually merge several small packages into one bigger package. You can also ask for different special requests for each package.


Here is how it works:

Whenever you receive a new package you will get an email from us. You will also see the package on your account. We measure and weight each package and enter that information on your account.

We also include incoming tracking number  and sender information so you can easily identify each package. You will something like this:



Let's say you want all packages consolidated (merged) and send to you. To keep our operation efficient we allow you to select CONSOLIDATE PACKAGES only for all packages. We always find the most efficient method for consolidation of packages. We prefer that you do not email us what packages you want to merge (for example A+B). Please leave it up to us as we have a lot of experience with merging. If you insist on certain way how you want packages merged please use SPECIAL REQUEST.

Login to your account www.shipito.com/account . Then please click on WAITING FOR CUSTOM DECLARATION.



It will show you all packages which don't have customs information filled out (description and value of product). We cannot merge or mail out packages without custom information. Please fill the custom information first. Once you fill it out the package will disappear from WAITING FOR CUSTOMS and will move to READY TO SEND.

Once all the info for customs is filled out please click on READY TO SEND.




You will see the list of all packages you have with us and are ready to be send. Click on CONSOLIDATE AND SEND ALL PACKAGES.



Once you click on the CONSOLIDATE button you will see several options:


1. Preferred shipping method (you can change your preferred shipping method)
2. Option to SEND IMMEDIATELY or HOLD. Hold will give you an option to change shipping method after consolidation. We will hold and wait till you select that package to be sent to us (by clicking on SHIP SEPARATELY directly on the package through SPECIAL INSTRUCTION link).
3. RE-PACK OPTIONS. You can select if you want to throw away original packaging material (for example shoe boxes) or keep them (in case you are reselling products).

If you have any SPECIAL REQUEST please use SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS directly on each package.
  • For example you want us to open the package and see if everything is inside.
  • You want to see if product is not damaged
  • Check if seller send what was supposed to be sent.
  • If the order is completed
  • If you want package to be send immediately.
  • If you want to remove something from the package
  • If you want to trash package
  • If you want us to send package to USA address (for example returns, warranty issues, etc.). We can help you with them.
