Shipito Services and Prices

We offer two main service
1. We can help you ship packages from U.S.A. to any country in the world.
2. We can purchase products in U.S. shops on your behalf. For example from strores which do not accept internatinal credit cards. The service is called Assisted Purchase. 

Following are our two shipping service plans for forwarding packages:

We use inexpensive U.S.P.S. Priority or Expres Mail. We also offer deep discount on FedEx. Check our low rates on our Shipping Calculator.

Individual package - $8.50 fee per package - No monthly fee

Shop online and have the package(s) send to our address. We will forward individual packages to you. Each package is sent to you exactly as they come.

How it works

• You will pay for each individual package we receive and forward to you. The cost is $8.50 per package plus postage.
• You can always login to your account and select the shipping method for each package. Actual postage will be recalculated instantly.
• Your account will show you the actual amount of your deposit. This is where to fill out the customs declaration for each package (value, description of goods, etc.).
• Whenever we get a new package we will send you an email notification.
• We can try to make a package smaller to fit USPS size limits. Use Special Request on your account for that.
• Whenever we send you a package you will get an email with notification and tracking number.
• INDIVIDUAL PACKAGES do not offer consolidation of packages (re-pack several package in to one bigger package). Please select virtual mailbox service if you need this service.
• Extra surcharge for heavy packages over 30 pounds is $8.5, over 70 pounds - $20, over 100 pounds (freight manipulation fee) - $30 and over 150 pounds - $50.
• Customer should have enough deposit on his/her account so we can forward a package within 7 days after we receive it in our warehouse. Otherwise we charge storage fee of $8.50 for each started month of storage.

VIRTUAL MAILBOX - Unlimited size only $50 per year or $10 per month

Virtual mailbox allows you to save on postage. We will consolidate packages for larger shipments. For example: instead of mailing three packages we will put them all in a larger box and ship them as one package. The cost is $2.00 for each additional package merged up to maximum fee of $8.50 for one time repacking. If you want to add an additional package to already repacked package the fee is an addtiional $2.

For example:
       -If you send just one package we will mail it to you for a  fee of $8.50.
       - For example we merge two packages and you pay only $2.00 for merging and $8.50 for mail out. If we merge three packages than you pay $4.00 for merging and $8.50 for mail out. If we merge 10 packages at the same time you pay $8.50 for merging and $8.50 for mail out.

How it works

• Unlimited size for regular size boxes & mail.
• You can send each package individually or consolidated (packed together).
• You can select how often you want your package forwarded (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or hold for instructions).
• You can always login to your account and select shipping method. Actual postage will be recalculated instantly.
• Your account will show you the actual amount of your deposit. This is where to fill out customs declaration for each package (value, description of goods, etc.).
• Whenever we get a new package we will send you an email notification.
• Whenever we send you a package you will get an email notification and tracking number..

• All packages are stored for free for 45 days after we receive them. If the package cannot be send in the time limit of 45 days we charge an additional $8.5 per package for each month.

2. $25 per month and only $4.50 per package (or $9 for package over 30 pounds) - NEW PLAN.

Are there any hidden fees?
Our pricing is very straightforward. We do not have any hidden fees. There is just a one-time fee we charge for accepting payments for postage only.

When we accept payment from you, our merchant account (Paypal or credit card) charges us on each incoming payment (3.99%-4.9%). We also get charged for incoming wire transfers $16 per transfer. Therefore we charge you 4.3% (average) on each postage payment. The fee is charged only on postage. Not on our fees.

For example: If you get a package where the shipping cost totals $200 and you pay for the shipping cost by credit card or Paypal, the  card company /Paypal charges us approximately $8 in fees for accepting the payment from you. We charge only $8.50 for forwarding the package. We would not make any money on package forwarding. Therefore 4.3% is added to postage cost.

Insurance cost
If the cost of insurance is over $500 and we have to personally go to the post office we charge an additional $10 fee. Otherwise we charge exactly what post office is charging for insuring your package.

Huge and oversize packages (shipped by container or pallets) are quoted separately (storage and shipping cost)
