Individual Packages
Virtual mailbox

There are two easy options to get started 

Shop online and have the package(s) send to our address. We will forward individual packages to you.  Add actual shipping cost to our fee of $8.50. See U.S. Postal tool for calculating postage.  We ship by USPS Express or Priority mail (fast, reliable and includes tracking number). It is usually much cheaper than FedEx, UPS or DHL. If the package is over USPS size limit we will offer FedEx shipping or custom freight forward quote.

 
Virtual mailbox - $50 per year

Virtual mailbox allows you to save on postage. We will consolidate packages for larger shipments. For example: instead of mailing three packages we will put them all in a larger box and ship them as one package. The cost is $8.50 for each package sent and $8.50 for re-packaging (consolidation of all packages).
For example:
       -If you send just one package we will mail it to you for a  fee of $8.50.
       -If  you send 5 packages, we will consolidate them into one larger package for a fee of $17 ($8.50 per package mailed out + $8.50 for repackaging).

Virtual mailbox allows for more shipping options (USPS Priority or Express). Priority Mail allows larger packages to be shipped and is less expensive.


Are there any hidden fees?
Our pricing is very straightforward. We do not have any hidden fees. There is just a one-time fee we charge for accepting payments for postage only.

When we accept payment from you, our merchant account (Paypal or credit card) charges us on each incoming payment (3.99%-4.9%). We also get charged for incoming wire transfers $16 per transfer. Therefore we charge you 4.3% (average) on each postage payment.

For example: If you get a package where the shipping cost totals $200 and you pay for the shipping cost by credit card or Paypal, the  card company /Paypal charges us approximately $8 in fees for accepting the payment from you. We charge only $8.50 for forwarding the package. We would not make any money on package forwarding. Therefore 4.3% is added to postage cost.

Insurance cost
If the cost of insurance is over $500 and we have to personally go to the post office we charge an additional $10 fee. Otherwise we charge exactly what post office is charging for insuring your package.

Packages over 30 pounds require $8.50 handling surcharge. Storage of package is free for 7 days for individual packages or 45 days for virtual mailbox. If you cannot pay postage within the time period we will charge $8.50 per package per month for additional storage.

 

Opening package, Control & Re-packaging - $8.50. If you ask us we can check the content, email you details, etc. Let us know if you require such service.

Huge and oversize package (shipped by container) are quoted separately (storage and shipping cost)
