I hope your order will arrive to our warehouse smoothly!
The reason that I asked that question was because a client, who has been ordering at Apple for a few times already, suddenly has an order being cancelled recently (just before Christmas holiday). In the cancelation letter, it states that Apple does not ship an international address nor to a freight forwarder, " Therefore your order has been cancelled".
Despite the fact of who we are, we still called Apple up and say that we collect the order for our friends in Russia, the operator said that "he cannot see the reason why the order was being cancelled, so he needed to pass to their sales department to look into it."
After Christmas holiday, we called again, another operator said that it was due to the credit card spending limit was over, so they cancelled the order.
During this period, some Apple packages still arrive to our warehouse. So I am really not quite sure why Apple didn't state the clearly the cancellation reason initially.
And we will still be saying receiving packages for friends in Russia!
