Is your service available to customers in my country?
Yes, our service is available for customers anywhere in the world.
Where do I find information about cost of postage?
By default we ship by USPS Express Mail. It is reliable postal service, which offers tracking and inexpensive insurance. To see quote for sending package to your country visit USPS website. Enter your country, weight of package and ZIP codes (our zip code is 90503).
What services do you offer and what are the fees?
We have two easy plans.
- INDIVIDUAL PACKAGE plan. We will charge you $8.50 per package forwarded to you plus postage. We send packages the same way as they come to us. We cannot consolidate them into one bigger package. If you want consolidation of packages please use VIRTUAL MAILBOX plan.
- VIRTUAL MAILBOX plan. The cost is $50 per year. We can accept all your packages and then re-pack them into bigger box. That way you will say on postage. We charge the usual $8.50 per mail out of the big package plus $8.50 for repackaging. Virtual Mailbox holders have more options how they packages can be sent.
We also charge extra $8.50 for heavier packages packages over 30 lbs.
What if the package is too big for sending by USPS?
If the package is over the limit by USPS we can send it by FedEx. FedEx is much more expensive. Therefore please consult with us if you are planning to send bigger packages.
