1583 form in Russian 5 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 36
Thanks to VoodooSV user we have a 1583 form available in Russian language.

We will include it on user accounts for Russian speaking customers, but in the meantime it is posted here as an attachment.

You can use it for notarization without trouble with English form.

Remember notarized form should be mailed to us (original).

Yes, you can send notarized Form 1583 in Russian (don't forget to undersign in box 5) with two copies of documents.

Hi John, It seems to me you've just received the originals of my double translated/notarized 1583 form). I see significant boost in my spending monthly limit. The only thing I can fix is Utility Bills. Are you really want to have it)?

Yes, the boost in spending limit is because of the notarized 1583. You don't have to do anything else. This is really enough.

Today i have tried to verify my Russian 1583. I've visited 2 different notary officers, but unfortunately with no luck.

Both of them told me that they cant verify (even translated) form for foreign firm.
They suggested me to visit our central notary to do this.

So if you are going to easy verify this translated form, I recommend you to call them first, because not every notary will verify this form.

I have problem to notarize the form in Russia too.
Now I'm stuck with the limited amount that I could spend per month. It's a pity.

I've solved the quest via double translation but you may try to contact the American Consulate in your city. This way should be much faster and cheaper.
