Silver - you belong to top 20% customers.
Gold - you belong to top 2% Shipito customers.
Diamond - you are in the top 50 of all customers.
We will offer different benefits to each status level. This is still in the works and we will announce it in the near future.
For example lower fees, free services, etc.
How the status is calculated?
We look at the total revenues you are bringing to us. More you bring us the better is your status. We look if you are sending individual or consolidated packages. We check if you are sending mostly magazines, letters or packages. It all matters and we use it in our calculation of customer status.
We also look how easy or difficult is to deal with you. If your account needs a lot of extra customer care it is reflected there.
We also have one more status (Potato) for customers like
this. Potato status also means that shipping discounts are removed.
You can also reach top status if we see that it is a pleasure to deal with you. We have plenty of customer we really like, because they are very reasonable and we like doing business with them! All our employees can influence that.
The status is reset each month based on the performance. If you reach certain level it will be effective for next month.
